Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the online purchase of subscriptions for local public transport services managed by AUTOLINEE GIORDANO s.r.l. through the website.

The completion of the purchase implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1. Subject of the service

The online purchase allows the user to book and pay for a subscription to the local public transport service managed by AUTOLINEE GIORDANO s.r.l.
The subscription purchased online must be physically collected at the office located at Via Mulini No. 25, Monreale (PA), upon identification of the holder and presentation of the required documentation.

2. Acceptance of the transport conditions

By completing the online purchase procedure, the user declares that they:

• having read and accepted the Service Charter and the General Transport Conditions published on www.autolineegiordano.com;
• accept that the subscription is personal and non-transferable.

3. Purchase procedure

The purchase is made through the company website, following the online order procedure and paying the corresponding amount using the available payment methods.

4. Delivery and pickup

The subscription purchased online is not valid until it is physically collected at the indicated office, which must be done according to the instructions provided in the order confirmation.
Collection takes place upon presentation of:

• a valid identity document;
• a passport-sized photo (if required);
• the payment receipt.

5. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n), of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the provision of transport services and for contracts with execution tied to specific dates.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal is not applicable after the completion of the online payment.

6. Responsability

AUTOLINEE GIORDANO s.r.l. is not responsible for any interruptions, malfunctions, or temporary unavailability of the online platform.
Liability for the transport service is governed by the General Conditions of Transport and EU Regulation 181/2011.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
